1. Must own showroom for cabinet presentation, including place, equipment, working staff and run business totally by yourself. Showroom space is not less than 80 square meters.

2. Unified style and image should be provided by Race Cabinet for showroom decoration, in compliance with logo, character and color. Decoration charge will be bear by distribution agent and standard information will be offered for your reference.

3. Only Race Cabinet brand should be in sale in your area and in this way you could enjoy benefit from our special policy for distribution agent

4. Price management in national for Race Cabinet serial products, including count-top, sink and hardware. Product must be sale in price guidance

5. Distribution reputation guarantee fee should be paid to our account when you join in ( actual amount will be confirmed by your area ), and guarantee fee will be returned to you when agent contract terminated

6. Race Cabinet will provide 5 sets sample cabinet most for your showroom according to contract price

7. Sample cabinet and formal order need to be paid 30% of total amount as deposit and left amount must be transferred to company account before delivery.

8. Sale amount in three months does not reach RMB30,000, we will remain our authority to cancel distribution contract

9. In training aspect, we will provide free training for three technical staff ( measurement, drawing, installment ) and training course will be 15 days. If need more training time, could be settle down accordingly. You will responsible for all charges ( transportation fee, board wage, lodge )

10. Sales strategy and plan will be offered in national area, including promotion and advertisement and we will share market information and resource of our company

11. Meantime we will provide 300 company catalogue for support on your market exploration

12. In your distribution area, any need for coordination of Race Cabinet, we will support earnestly. For example: Shenzhen Showroom visiting, company factory tournament, and data offerring

13. In transportation aspect, our company will take all responsibility and transportation fee is in your account

Race Cabinet company image should be protected during your contract period and you should guarantee great business reputation and meantime we ingeminate that any other brand cabinet is prohibited to sale in Race Cabinet distribution showroom, otherwise we will cancel your right and terminate contract immediately.
